Configuration Overview
The RS-500 is a customised arrangement of modules optimised for continuous flow solid phase peptide synthesis – SPPS. The Vapourtec patented VBFR reactor technology coupled with precise pumping, logical software control with multiple feedback streams for solid phase peptide coupling and deprotection analysis can deliver consistent high purity peptides with excellent performance. Supplied with an R4 reactor, two R2C pump modules, variable bed flow reactor (VBFR), autosampler, SF-10 for precision back pressure management. This system is used in peptide development in industry and academia and is capable of scales form 0.05mmol to 5 mmol.
