The RS-500 is a customised arrangement of modules optimised for continuous flow solid phase peptide synthesis – SPPS. The Vapourtec patented VBFR reactor technology coupled with precise pumping, logical software control with multiple feedback streams for solid phase peptide coupling and deprotection analysis can deliver consistent high-purity peptides with excellent performance. Supplied with an R4 reactor, two R2C pump modules, variable bed flow reactor (VBFR), autosampler, SF-10 for precision back pressure management. This system is used in peptide development in industry and academia and is capable of scales from 0.05 mmol to 5 mmol.
