R-Series software has built in control for Sierra mass flow controllers. This feature allows R-Series software to send flowrate set point commands by remote control (serial RS232 protocols) to mass flow controllers.
- Gas flowrate control range 2 to 100 standard ccs / minute (scc/min).
- Select from a list of 10 pre-programmed gases or select from extended list for rarer gases
- Standard Sierra MFCs for pressures up to 20 bar
- Automated control of MFCs allow variations in gas delivery to be one of the variables used in your reaction optimisations
