Milan date for Alfatech and Vapourtec

    Vapourtec will be joining forces with Italian distributor Alfatech Spa to demonstrate the latest flow chemistry technologies at the forthcoming Continuous Flow Reactor Technology symposium in Milan (Nov 13th – 15th).

    The event, which attracts more than 150 delegates from around the world, will feature presentations from experts in the pharmaceutical and fine chemical industries and will address the role of flow chemistry across the entire manufacturing chain from research and development to synthesis and work-up. Dr Elizabeth Farrant, CEO of New Path Molecular will be presenting the exciting collaborative progress that New Path Molecular and Vapourtec have jointly made towards continuous flow peptide synthesis.

    Alfatech Spa, located in Genoa, Italy, has over 30 years’ experience of providing specialised laboratory equipment to pharmaceutical companies and academia across Italy.     At the event Alfatech will be showcasing Vapourtec’s pioneering R-Series flow chemistry system, so far cited in over 450 peer review publications and the UV-150 photochemical reactor which makes photochemistry accessible by eliminating the problems of traditional batch photochemistry. The UV-150 offers safe, precise, efficient, consistent and scalable photochemistry under continuous flow operation.

    The Continuous Flow Reactor Technology symposium will be held at the Ramada Plaza Milano on the 13th – 15th November 2018.
