Vapourtec (Cambridge, UK) has hailed its presence at the recent Flow Chemistry India conference in Mumbai as a great success with significant interest shown in its array of flow chemistry and photochemistry technology.

Vapourtec’s Sales and Application Specialist Andrew Mansfield reported a strong level of engagement by education, research and pharmaceutical clients from across India.

“The profile and take up of flow chemistry is growing rapidly in India with this event proving to be another positive milestone in its development.

There were a lot of people at the event who wanted to know more and several orders and enquiries were placed for our E-Series systems. Of particular note was the strong interest from India’s world class technical institutes in the UV-150 continuous flow photochemical reactor. “Vapourtec has a strong reputation across the fast developing nations of Asia and our ongoing expansion of involvement with the Indian market mirrors the big steps forward that we have made in China.

“More and more are coming to recognise the massive potential of flow chemistry and we aim to continue operating at the very cutting edge of research technology and systems,” added Andrew.
